FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of construction articles, namely the light structural-heat-insulation wall blocks. Method of manufacturing of the structural-heat-insulation articles, which involves preparation of a mixture based on liquid glass, glass scrap and polystyrene, placing its into the mold, thermal treatment and dismantling of shuttering, a mixture is used, containing kg/m3 of the mixture: liquid glass with silica modulus of 2.7–3 and density of 1.33–1.36 g/cm3 – 296–337, sand of fraction of 0.25 mm and less – 170–195, package finely ground glass scrap of fraction of 0.125 mm and less – 400–455, as well as sodium silicofluoride – 10 % of the liquid glass weight, plasticizer C-3 – 0.03–0.05 % of the liquid glass weight, preliminary prepelleted beaded polystyrene of fraction of 1–2 mm – 815–930 l/m3 of the mixture, mixture is placed into the closed slot shape, thermal treatment is performed by electric heating for 5–10 minutes with alternative current of industrial frequency of 50 Hz and voltage of 50–80 V up to the mixture temperature of 90–100 °C.
EFFECT: increase of production speed, reduce of costs and elimination of the need for any additional process steps for sealing the mixture in the production of the structural-heat-insulation articles, as well as the recycling of the glass scrap wastes.
