FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Device for ultrasound cavitation uterine lavage with hysteroscopic assistance comprises two units: operational hysteroscope and unit for generating cavitated liquid medicinal mediums. Wherein hysteroscope comprises optical tube with chamber fixed to it and instrumental channel with length of 136 mm. Unit for generating cavitation liquid medicinal mediums consists of ultrasound (US) generator, acoustic unit with US waveguide attached thereto and therapeutic solution supply system. Internal irrigation channel in acoustic unit and waveguide by conductor with length of 140 mm, inner diameter of 1 mm is connected with instrumental channel of hysteroscope.
EFFECT: use of given invention enables targeted exposure of cavitated mediums at pathologic focus in endometrium under visual control of pathological processes of endometrium.
