SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to restore the receptivity of the endometrium in patients with habitual miscarriages due to the chronic endometritis. For this, starting from the 7–9th day of the menstrual cycle, the uterine cavity is irrigated with a cavitated solution of interferon gamma Ingaron® in a dose of 500,000 IUs diluted in 400 ml of physiological solution for 3–5 minutes. Flow rate of the drug is 100 ml/minute at an ultrasonic wave frequency of 25 kHz. Course of treatment is five procedures.
EFFECT: method provides restoration of functional activity of the endometrium, improvement of the implantation potential of the endometrium, an increase in the frequency of pregnancy with an improvement in its outcomes.
