FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear-magnetic flow meter for measurement of medium passing through measuring tube flow rate. Nuclear-magnetic flow meter for measurement of medium flow rate passing through measuring tube comprises magnetizing device for magnetizing medium flowing through measuring tube in magnetization section along measuring pipe longitudinal axis, which for creation of magnetic field serving for medium magnetization is equipped with permanent magnets and has at least two magnetizing segments installed one after another in direction of measuring pipe longitudinal axis, wherein and at different by length magnetization section magnetic field intensities in medium over entire magnetization section magnetic field has identical direction or all magnetic fields have same direction, wherein each of magnetizing segments has inner holder equipped with permanent magnets and outer holder equipped with permanent magnets, wherein inner holder is located around measurement pipe, and outer holder is around inner holder, wherein for varying magnetic field intensity in medium and thus for variation of medium magnetization orientation between inner holder and outer holder is controlled by inner holder and/or outer holder rotation around segment rotary axis.

EFFECT: technical result is increasing in accuracy of measuring flow passing through medium measuring tube.
