FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant adhesive compositions based on polymethylphenylsiloxane intended for use in heat-loaded assemblies of articles in aviation and other engineering fields. Heat-resistant adhesive composition contains, pts.wt: a product of condensation of methylsilane triol and phenylsilane triol with weight fraction of silicon dioxide from 52 to 55 % and gel time at temperature 200 °C from 50 to 180 min – 100, chrysotile asbestos with weight ratio of fractions larger than 1.35 mm from 48 to 72 %, weight ratio fraction 1.18 mm from 3 to 7 %, weight ratio of fraction smaller than 0.075 mm from 54 to 62 %, specific surface area of 118–128 dm2/g or chrysotile asbestos with weight ratio of fraction smaller than 0.071 mm from 68 to 75 % and weight ratio of residue on sieve with 1.35 mm cell from 50 to 65 % – 50–80; paraformaldehyde – 15–20; ethyl alcohol or Isopropyl alcohol – 185–285.
EFFECT: higher shear strength of glued joints τB at temperatures of up to 500 °C, higher shear strength of glued joints τB at 20 °C after prolonged exposure to temperature of 350–500°C, and higher shear strength thereof τB at 20 °C after short-term exposure to 1,000 °C.
