FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to method for preparation of low-molecular biologically active substance, based on vermiculture. Method for preparation of low-molecular biologically active substance, based on vermiculture, consists in fact, that collection of red californian worms into closed container is made and it is placed in refrigeration chamber, then they are washed with running water and put into succinic acid and cooled, then worms with acid are placed in low-temperature refrigerator, after that they are thawed, then they are crushed in blender and filtered, homogenized using high-pressure homogenizer, extract pH is determined and acidity regulator – aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate is added and they are mixed with saccharose-gelatine medium, autoclaved, obtained solution is frozen and lyophilized under certain conditions.

EFFECT: method, described above, enables to obtain more stable and effective immunotropic agent with anti-inflammatory effect.
