SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to invertebrate worms reproduction. Method of vermiculture reproduction of Eisenia foetida red earthworm includes maintenance of feed substrate moisture within 65–85 % at pH 6.5–7.5, wherein moisture and pH of the substrate are maintained by wetting it with stabilized catholyte alkaline fraction of ECHA water with pH 9–10 and Eh = -400…-700 mV, containing silicon oxide nano particles SiO2 with size of 30.7 ± 0.3 nm in dose of 50 mg per 1 kg of the feed fodder. To stabilize cathode fraction of water ECHA, glycine in concentration of 0.01 wt %.

EFFECT: proposed method of reproduction of vermiculture of the red earthworm Eisenia foetida provides for increased fertility of worms compared to the control and prototype by 32,2 and 10 %, respectively.
