FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for production of locking devices to control over liquid and gaseous media supply. In method of metal mating surfaces abrasion-free adjustment at the beginning of treatment between mating surfaces, used as electrodes, minimum gap is set at boundary of its breakdown beginning by low-voltage current in low-conducting electrolyte with negligible content of metal filler with particles size of 8 nm, and then increasing volume content of said metal filler with simultaneous increase of spark gap and maintaining its value at beginning of the breakdown boundary between electrodes until stabilization of current passing through electrodes. Then performing vibration of mating surfaces towards each other, vibration amplitude is increased smoothly until obtaining stable current pauses and processing is continued until obtaining of minimum stable roughness on one of mating surfaces, after that, changing electrodes polarity and using same processing mode forming roughness on other mating surface.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of minimum roughness and high accuracy of surfaces mating.
