FIELD: electrochemical dimensional working of complex-profile surfaces of machine parts. SUBSTANCE: working is performed in electrolytes on base of aqueous solutions of alkaline metal nitrates with the aid of vibrating electrode while applying working electric current pulses at maximum approaching of electrodes. During pause between working pulses forward-polarity electric current is applied in order to provide voltage drop in interelectrode gap more than polarization emf but less than anode dissolution potential. Upon starting working, electrolyte pressure at inlet of interelectrode gap is increased until achieving local maximum voltage during pause between working pulses. At working process electrolyte pressure at inlet of interelectrode gap is controlled in order to sustain its maximum value that does not allow creation of local maximum voltage during pause between working pulses.
