FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. Intravaginal device is made comprising reservoir of one or more vaginal used medicinal agent. Reservoir is surrounded with hydrophilic elastomer able to swell in water, selected from multiblock poly (ether urethane) or silicone poly (ether urethane). In particular case device is intravaginal ring, tampon or pessary. Besides in particular case device is intravaginal ring and reservoir, containing, at least, two segments, where one of segments comprises second intravaginally applicable preparation, different from the first one.
EFFECT: device provides uniform release of drugs during long periods of time.
