FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used in making a piezoelectric sensor of impact acceleration for interconnection of its elements, in particular, in production of adhesive electroconductive compositions. Method of gluing elements of a piezoelectric sensor of impact acceleration includes creation of a glue composition by mixing epoxy adhesive with rubber of not less than 60 % of weight fractions and with graphite of not more than 10 % of weight fractions with further introduction into the obtained adhesive composition of current-conducting calibrated particles with the size of 20–80 mcm with application of the adhesive compound onto the surface. Surfaces are connected and cured at 100 °C to 110 °C. Adhesive composition is introduced with a solvent at the ratio from 1:10 to 1:3 of the volume of the adhesive composition. Current-conducting particles used are ferromagnetic particles with the size of not more than 10 mcm in the amount of 2–10 % of weight fractions. Calibrated particles used are glass or polymer microspheres. Curing is carried out under the pressure of 0.05–0.20 MPa for 21–24 hours in a constant magnetic field with the induction of not less than 0.2 T, power lines of which are perpendicular to the glued surfaces.
EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy and reliability of impact accelerations by a piezoelectric sensor in conditions of an intensive impact acceleration at high temperature and/or high-frequency non-measured effects.
