FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry and is intended for intensification of gluing wood by induction contact-free heating of adhesive thermosetting composition in glued joint. Wood gluing method includes preparation of contact surface of connected elements from wood, formation of adhesive composition from thermosetting carbamide resin, filler, hardener, application of composite layer on contact surface, pre-pressing and heating of glue joint. Adhesive composition contains filler – fine granular ferromagnetic material, wherein ferromagnetic powder is taken in amount of 1.5 pts.wt. by 100 pts.wt. of carbamide resin, hardener – ammonium sulphate is taken in amount of 1.5 pts.wt. by 100 pts.wt. of carbamide resin. Glued surfaces are preformed at 0.03 MPa. Glue connection is heated at output power of inductor 60 W, inductor current frequency 7,200 Hz, heating duration 1–3 min.

EFFECT: invention ensures safety of the process, speeds up polymerization of the glue joint, and increases strength of the joint.
