METHOD OF CREATING INVAGINATED TELESCOPIC PANCREATIC ANASTOMOSIS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61B17/11

Abstract RU 2607319 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery. When creating pancreatic anastomosis four guiding sutures equidistant from each other are applied on capsule of pancreatic stump at distance of 3–4 cm from edge of gland. Small intestine is sutured with guiding sutures from inside through all layers. Needle punctures are located at distance equal to nearly 3–4 cm from edge of intestine. Pancreatic stump is invaginated in lumen of small intestine. Guiding sutures are tightened. Edges of intestine are fixed to gland capsule with additional interrupted sutures.

EFFECT: method simplifies application of pancreatic anastomosis in pancreaticoduodenal resection.
