FIELD: means of protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of protection and is intended for changing orbits of massive space bodies threatening collision with the Earth. Device consists of a housing, a guidance and orientation system, a laser range finder. In the housing there is a heat-insulated composite container, detachable parts of which comprise solid paraffins and have their own guidance and orientation systems. In the head part of the housing in a barrel there is a set of impact elements (from 2 to 5) with their own guidance and orientation systems. These elements also contain solid paraffins. Device approaches a space body typically with speeds equal to or larger than the third space one. At collisions of the body with impact elements and parts of the container large inner energy is released with simultaneous formation of a sunken crater (funnel). Latter plays the role of a "nozzle" for products of explosions of the said elements and parts.
EFFECT: technical result is more effective change of flight trajectory of a threatening space body.
