FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotors for helicopters. Helicopter rotor contains a vertical shaft on which a multi-blade disc wheel with inner and outer shells is fastened, with blades in between, equal to the length of the outer shell in meters. Blades are made of a disk plane 2…4 mm thick by the method of cutting out their contours with a subsequent bending towards the air flow with mechanical rotation of the disk wheel.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the windage area.
