The light sources are located in contact with the electric conducting layer. The electric conducting layer is secured to the heat conducting element using the mechanical fastener. Wherein the electric conducting layer is arranged along the bend axis around the said heat-removing element.

EFFECT: creation of the reliable heat connection of the stratum and heat-removing element due to the resilient force of the fixing mechanical fastener.
