Boom comprises first end, connected to base, and second end, located opposite to first end. Lifting cable extends through boom second end. First element comprises first and second ends. Bucket is pivotally connected to first element second end.
EFFECT: rotary actuator moves bucket relative to first element second end, wherein rotary actuator comprises first end, connected to first element.
