SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of mining single-bucket excavators. A bow assembly for a mining single-bucket excavator consists of a bow containing the first end, the second end, and a brace connection located between the first end and the second end. The first end is pivotable with the bucket. The bow assembly also has a balance bar containing an end pivotally connected to the bow, the balance bar being adapted to be connected to a hoisting rope extended through the end of the boom; and a longitudinal tilt brace having the first end pivotally connected to the brace connection and the second end pivotally connected to a handle.
