FIELD: production of oil and gas in open sea. SUBSTANCE: underwater module has at least one well-head with gusher valves adopted for installation of bearing plate. Rotary gear communicating with gusher valves and fitted with connection members for rising pipes and main cable or control cable from production vessel to sea surface is placed on bearing plate or near it. Fastening members of fork are located beneath level of rotary gear. One end of fork can turn around horizontal axis and another, outer end is used for connection with at least one hawser of production vessel. Fastening members are anchored on body mounted for turn around central vertical axis coinciding with axis of rotary gear. EFFECT: prevention of loading of gusher valves with forces from hawsers of production vessel. 8 cl, 7 dwg
