FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: on chassis (1) first and second longitudinal actuating buffers (9, 10) are fixed, having, respectively, end sides (16, 17). First end side (16) and second end side (17) are located at distance from each other relative to longitudinal direction (3) of rail vehicle and oriented in opposite directions. On car body (2) thrust plate (11) is provided with sliding sections (18) located at some distance from each other in longitudinal direction (3), to which longitudinal actuating buffers end sides are adjoined with possibility of sliding.

EFFECT: providing structurally simple and space saving device for car body relative to chassis suspended movements and rotary movements.
