FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of mixture for heat-resistant fine-grained concrete and can be used in production of construction materials as facing material for coating of walls in fire hazardous facilities, coating of external walls of boiler installations, driers and other objects with heating temperature up to 800 °C. Concrete mixture including clinker containing cement, dust carryover of ferrosilicon industry, screenings of blast-furnace slag, acidic and alkaline activators and quarts filler Portland slag cement is used as clinker containing cement, granulated slag fraction smaller than 1.25 mm, acidic and alkaline activators are respectively: aqueous solution of 33 % concentration of orthophosphoric acid and solution obtained from flushing with water of settlement of impurities, formed when dissolving silicate lumps, and as quartz-containing filler quartz flour is introduced, which is product of fine grinding of quartz sand and microsilica – dusty waste of ferroalloy production in following proportions, wt%: Portland slag cement PSC-D15 23.5–24.53, microsilica 5.2–6.13, blast-furnace granulated slag fraction smaller than 1.25 mm 12.27–13.1, quartz flour 36.8–38.5, aqueous solution of 33 % concentration of orthophosphoric acid 0.65–0.7, solution obtained from flushing with water of settlement of impurities, formed when dissolving silicate lumps in terms of dry substance (NaOH or KOH) 1.96–2.0, water 17.0–17.66.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of cost and provision of heat resistance at temperature of 800 °C without loss of strength of concrete 28 days after normal hardening.
