FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to electrical engineering. High-frequency induction heating device protection circuit includes input winding (1), control winding (2), phases comparison module (3), voltages comparison module (4) and controller (5); input winding (1) is connected with high-frequency induction heating device switching element; control winding (2) is located parallel to input winding (1) and made so, that to determine voltage supplied to switching element; phases comparison module (3) and voltages comparison module (4) are connected to control winding (2) in said order, wherein phases comparison module (3) generates first comparison signal, based on input voltage phase, and voltages comparison module (4) generates second comparison signal, based on input voltage and the specified reference voltage amplitudes comparison; controller (5) controls switching element synchronous switching on and off in accordance with first comparison signal, as well as provides switching element protection in accordance with second comparison signal.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in high-frequency induction heating device reliability, reduction of accumulated errors caused by presence of large number of series-connected resistors, as well as low cost of circuit.
