SUBSTANCE: group of invention relates to the radio frequency transmission quadrupole power supply circuit, control method and power plant, several different radio frequency magnetic ring transformers are installed, when transmitting ions with different mass ranges and different mass numbers due to the first gate element and the second gate element, various RF magnetic ring transformers are gated, thereby realizing ion transfer from low mass number ions to high mass number ions in an extremely wide mass range, and generating a high voltage RF electric field compatible with various frequency ranges to achieve good efficiency of ion transfer in a wide range of masses and sensitivity of the device. In addition, a closed-loop control architecture is implemented through the feedback device.

EFFECT: increasing the degree of adaptability and stability, which leads to an expansion of the range of application of the mass spectrometer.
