SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bending moment sensors, which are used in vortex flow meters for liquid, gas or vapour and are intended for recording the frequency of vortices formed in a flow of fluid, gas or vapor behind a bluff body. Peculiar feature of this bending moment sensor used in vortex flow meters for liquid is that the inner cavity of a piezoelectric element includes contact elements in the form of two cylindrically bent plates separated from each other with an insulator plate and preliminarily connected with cable conductors by spot welding, installed inside the piezoceramic cylinder and pressed against its electrodes by elasticity, providing electric contact electrodes of the piezoelectric element with the cable and the communication line.

EFFECT: improving the boundary of the working temperature range.
