FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used in vortex flowmeters to measure volume flow using Karman vortexes. Sensitive element assembly 11 is made inside thin-walled metal cup 19 and consists of piezoelectric element 21 in form of flat disk with hole, having electrodes on lower and upper surfaces, metal contact 22 and insulator 23 inside sleeve 19, cable 7 with bend 24 at end and pressed to metal contact 22. Metal contact 22 closes a pair of electrodes on top side of piezoelectric element 21. Second pair of electrodes on the lower side is closed to each other by metal base 15 of the housing of sensitive element 11. At that, insulator 23 is made of composite material plastic in initial state in the form of flat ceramic disc formed when hardened in assemblage of composite material by means of cup 19. Cup 19 is welded with preset force from below to base of housing 15 of sensitive element 11. Monolithic structure of sensitive element 11 is provided by weld 20 during welding of cup 19 with specified force 18, insulator 23 from composite material, which is plastic during assembly and becoming monolithic after hardening, ensuring assembly of sensitive element 11 without gaps.
EFFECT: high sensitivity of the vortex converter while reducing labor intensity of assembly and high reliability of the converter.
