FIELD: textile and paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite blades with built-in flanges. In method fibre workpiece is formed due to multilayer weaving, which longitudinal direction corresponds to manufactured composite blade longitudinal direction. Workpiece contains successively arranged along its thickness first part (102), containing several layers of threads, interconnected by weaving, woven second part (104) and woven third part (106). First part (102) is located between second part (104) and third part (106), with which it is connected by weaving only on part of its length. Manufactured blade preform is formed by bending arranged on both sides from first part sections (104a, 106a, 104b, 106b) of second part and third part, not connected to first part. At that, performing first part formation to form part of preform, corresponding to manufactured blade airfoil, and forming bent areas of second part and third part to form perform parts corresponding to manufactured blade inner and outer flanges. After that blade preform is compacted by female die to produce blade from composite material with built-in inner and outer flanges.
EFFECT: technical result provided by using method according to invention, consists in simplification of method of turbine engine blade making from composite material with built-in flanges.
