FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making articles from composite material. In compliance with this process, 3D braiding is made to make flexible single-piece fibrous workpiece including aerofoil preform and blade root sections. Blade shroud element is made to include fibrous reinforcement with at least one hole with blade aerofoil profile shape made in shroud element. Shroud element is hooked with the help said hole at flexible fibrous workpiece. Note here that the blade is strained to pit it together with said fibrous workpiece. Fibrous workpiece is formed with shroud element to get preform shaped to finished blade shape. Preform dies are secured in moulding machine. Female die is fitted in preform to make blade with built-in shroud from composite.
EFFECT: complex-shape blade with higher mechanical and physical properties.
