FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: in making turbine engine blade from composite material, fibrous workpiece is made in form of single integral element by means of multilayer weaving. Fibrous workpiece in lengthwise direction corresponding to longitudinal direction of manufactured blade, includes the following: first set of thread layers to form wing, and second set of thread layers, interconnected to form blade root. Threads of first set of thread layers are not interconnected with threads of second set of thread layers, whereas first set of thread layers crosses threads of second set of thread layers in second workpiece part. Fibrous workpiece is shaped to produce solid fibrous preform with first part that makes wing, and second part that makes blade root. Then preform is compacted with matrix to produce blade from composite material including fibrous reinforcement frame, formed by preform and compacted matrix, wherein said blade forms a single solid element with root. Another invention within group relates to turbine engine blade from composite material with fibrous reinforcing frame, produced by means of multilayer weaving of threads and compacted with matrix comprising first part that forms blade wing and is made integral with second part that forms blade root. Part of fibrous reinforcing frame corresponding to first and second parts of blade are interlaced so that threads of second part of fibrous reinforcing frame pass through first part of fibrous reinforcing frame. Other inventions within group relate to rotor, which includes mentioned above blade, compressor with such rotor, and turbine engine containing said compressor.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to simplify manufacture and increase mechanical strength of blade from composite material with fibrous reinforcement frame.
