FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery, is intended for the treatment of sluggish granulating wounds in patients with diabetic foot syndrome. The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to activate reparative processes in wounds in patients with diabetic foot syndrome. A collagen gel is applied from a matrix impregnated with ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate in a volume of 2.5 ml over the entire surface of the wound. Further, a rectangular sheet form of an extracellular collagen matrix, also impregnated with ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate, is laid on top of the collagen gel.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the number of recurrences of the purulent-necrotic process, accelerate reparative processes in the wound, reduce traumatization of granulation tissue due to the use of the sheet form of the matrix, as well as due to the impregnation of the matrix with antioxidant drugs, which allows for the correction of oxidase stress.
