FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to surgery, and can be used for combined treatment of grade II and III trophic ulcers (Wagner's scale) in patients with multiresistant microflora in diabetic foot syndrome. For this purpose, a bacterial culture test is conducted prior to therapy so as to determine the sensitivity of the multiresistant microflora to bacteriophages from the base of trophic ulcers. Solutions of rheopolyglucin, trental, and cytoflavin are administered intravenously in a 10-day course of treatment. Ultrasound cavitation with the SONOCA-185 apparatus is performed locally in certain doses and modes, depending on the depth of the ulcerative process. The ulcerative defect is then subjected to pulse ultraviolet emission of the Ecosvet 1 apparatus in the developed mode. Local exposure to air-plasma flows is then performed using the SKPSVP/NO-01 Plason apparatus. Starting from the 4th day of treatment, after the results of the bacterial culture test have been obtained, the wound is treated locally using the selected bacteriophage.
EFFECT: possibility of improving the basic spectral parameters of blood flow, shortening the terms of clearing the wound from purulo-necrotic tissues and fibrin film, lowering the bacterial contamination of the ulcerative defect to the maximum degree, stimulating the development of granulation tissue, and shortening the terms of healing ulcers and period of hospital stay.
