FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication, particularly to cooperation mode activation of the user device. Disclosed is a communication system comprising: user device and base station, wherein the user device performs a first communication with the base station in a first communication system and the second connection - with the second communication system. User device includes: memory device to store information on configuration of the cooperation mode; transmitting device for transmission radio resource control signalling to the base station with indication for entering in the cooperation mode after detecting interference from the second communication system; and receiving device for receiving information on the cooperation mode. Base station includes: receiving device for receiving radio resource control signalling from the user device with said indication; and a mode control device for selecting the cooperation mode, in which the user device is allowed to enter, according to the state of the system for the first communication system, cooperation mode is a method of multiplexing with time or frequency division.

EFFECT: technical result is communication with devices of two communication systems simultaneously using different transmission resources.
