FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from carbon materials and is intended for creation of connections of parts made from carbon materials used in aerospace engineering and other industries, and can be used as a method of locking threaded joints in integrated heat-resistant structures made from carbon-carbon and carbon-ceramic composite materials, as well as threaded joints of component parts of heat-protective cases. Method of locking threaded joint of parts made from carbon materials consists in applying on threaded surface of parts an adhesive composition, screwing and curing adhesive joint, after screwing connected parts are subjected to heat treatment in an electrovacuum furnace at temperatures of up to 1,000 °C for parts, used at temperatures of up to 1,650 °C, and to 1,850 °C for parts used at temperatures of up to 2,200 °C, wherein adhesive composition contains phenol resin with output of coke residue after heat treatment at 1,000 °C of at least 40 % and fine powder filler with percentage mass content of not more than 40 % for operational temperatures of up to 1,650 °C and not more than 55 % for operational temperatures of up to 2,200 °C.
EFFECT: high reliability of connecting elements during extreme operation.
