Invention discloses, particularly, method of EPDCCH candidate determining and includes: determination of resources set p EPDCCH in subframe k, where resources set p EPDCCH includes NECCE,p,k=q×r ECCEs, EPDCCH candidate of EPDCCH at aggregation level L, which corresponds to L ECCEs, having successive reference numbers, and EPDCCH of candidate capable to transmit EPDCCH; and determining number of EPDCCH candidates at carrier aggregation level L corresponding to Cellindex index, and ECCE, corresponding to each EPDCCH candidate, where ECCE, corresponding to each EPDCCH candidate at aggregation level L, relates to Cellindex index.

EFFECT: increasing control information transmitting reliability.
