SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. First device (22) of wireless communication and base station (20) performs the application method of changing configuration or state of a unidirectional radio channel. Unidirectional radio channel supports data transmission via a radio connection between device (22) of wireless communication and base station (20) with specified characteristics of data transmission. Method includes handshaking with the second device (22) of wireless communication and base station (20) to match time in order to simultaneously apply the change in device (22) of wireless communication and base station (20). Method also includes, in accordance with matching, synchronous application of the change in the same time.

EFFECT: technical result is improved start-up and/or application of changing configuration or state of a unidirectional radio channel.
