FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines for the engine exhaust gas heat exchange or heat exchange of supercharging air fed into the engine. Heat exchanger (1), which includes housing (3) with casing (4) of the housing, first bottom (5) and second bottom with holes (6), pipes (7), first inlet hole (11) for the first fluid medium, the first outlet hole for the first fluid medium, second inlet hole (12) for the second fluid medium and the second outlet hole for the second fluid medium. Heat exchanger also has first diffuser (13) for directing the first fluid medium into pipes (7) and the second diffuser to discharge the first fluid medium from pipes (7). Pipes (7) form first flowing channel (9) for passage of the first fluid medium, in particular, exhaust gases. Ends of pipes (7) are located in or near holes (6) of the first and second bottoms (5). Pipes (7) and the first and/or second bottom (5) are located inside housing (3), so that between housing (3) and pipes (7) second flow channel (10) for passage of the second fluid medium, in particular cooling liquid, is formed. First and/or second diffuser (13) is formed integrally with housing (3) without additional structural elements. First diffuser (13) is closed by first cover (14). Second diffuser is closed by the second cover. First inlet hole (11) is formed in first cover (14). In first cover (14) with first inlet hole (11) there is first inlet branch pipe (15). First outlet hole is formed in the second cover. In the second cover with the first outlet hole there is the first outlet branch pipe. Disclosed is a device for removing and cooling the internal combustion engine exhaust gases containing a heat exchanger.
EFFECT: technical result is simplifying the design of the heat exchanger and providing reliable operation of the heat exchanger.
