FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to electrical engineering. Device contains two different power transformers, input and output switches units, control unit and current conversion unit. Said control, input and output switches, and current conversion units for each i-th phase contain i-th subunits. Inputs of i-th control subunit are connected to current converters unit i-th subunit output, and outputs are connected to input and output switches i-th subunits control inputs, which connect each from higher power transformer i-th phases to voltage source i-th phase and to load. By i-th phase input lower power transformer is connected to voltage source i-th phase and to first power input of input switch i-th subunit, and by i-th phase output is connected to load i-th phase and to output switch i-th subunit second power input via current input of current converters unit i-th subunit, which first power input is connected to higher power transformer i-th phase output, connected by i-th phase input to second power input of i-th subunit input circuit breaker.
EFFECT: higher reliability, expanded range of operating voltages and reduced power losses during transformation of voltage for sources and loads different by power, nature and symmetry degree.
