FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: system to account power consumption comprises a counter of AC energy, having a current, voltage inlet and a digital outlet, a media converter, a non-electroconductive medium for transfer of a discrete signal, a controller, a current transformer with primary and secondary windings, the primary winding of the current transformer is connected in series with load resistance, and the secondary winding is connected to the current inlet of the electric energy counter. Also the device additionally comprises a transformer with two windings connected in series one after the other. At the same time ends of windings not connected to each other are connected to load terminals, so that the winding with the least number of the turns is connected in parallel to the inlet by voltage of the electric energy counter and with one end is connected to a high-voltage terminal of load resistance, which via the primary winding of the current transformer is connected to the source of electric energy, the outlet of the electric energy counter via the serial circuit from the first media converter, non-electroconductive medium of signal transfer and the second media converter is connected to the controller.

EFFECT: increased accuracy, reduced weight and dimensions, expanded range of working voltages.
