FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular, to devices for fixation of equipment of external tooling on the pipe string lowered into the well. Locking device includes a coupling in the form of a ring with an inner recess for a retainer equipped with locking ledges facing the pipe. Herewith the locking element is made in the form of a hollow bushing with a cone converging to the coupling incised with lengthwise or inclined sections, which are uniformly distributed along the perimeter. Between the bushing and the cone there is an annular groove-concentrator of voltage. Inner recess of the coupling is made in the form of a conical surface for the retainer cone and can compress the cone at its enter inside till its locking relative to the pipe. On the end surface of the coupling facing the retainer threaded holes are made regularly along the circumference, and on the bushing there are holes or recesses for bolts tightening the coupling and the retainer.
EFFECT: technical result is the increase of the locking device reliability by increasing the retainers square and their uniform distribution along the perimeter of the pipe without its deformation in order to avoid emergency situations.
