SUBSTANCE: method of transmitting data in a communication network comprising multiple nodes (S1, S2, …, S7), in process of relevant data transmission between the node (S1, S2, …, S7) and its adjacent node, time segments (t2) used for data transmission may be used by only one node, thus preventing collision. The method according to the invention may be combined with decentralized template recognition, for which purpose the average values are in decentralized manner determined appropriately in individual nodes (S1, S2, …, S7) by means of available protocols, in particular, protocol of consensus or protocol of treelike aggregation.
EFFECT: prevention of collisions in data transmission.
