SUBSTANCE: metric of geometry of direct communication line of observed transmission signals is determined. Value of channel quality indicator is determined as a function of observed transmission signals. Access sequence is chosen at random from one group of many groups of access sequences, at that each group of many groups of access sequences corresponds to different ranges of channel quality values.
EFFECT: transmission of channel quality indicator along with minimising of broadcasting channel use.
