SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods of electronic transaction performance. In method data is exchanged between the first network subscriber unit and the second network subscriber unit with the help of the first terminal via the first communication network; identification number of the second terminal device is introduced into the second communication network by means of the first terminal; this number and transaction data are sent from the first network subscriber units into the third network subscriber unit by means of the third communication network; validity of identification number is checked by the third network subscriber units, and corresponding unit of services provider is identified; checked number and transaction data of the third network subscriber units are sent to corresponding units of services providers via the fourth communication network; credit is reserved, and reserved credit is confirmed from appropriate unit of services provider for the third network subscriber units via the fourth communication network; transaction number is generated and sent from the third network subscriber units into the second terminal via the second communication network; transmitted number of transaction is introduced in the first terminal, and introduced transaction number is sent into the third network subscriber units via the third network; transmitted transaction number is checked by the third network subscriber units, and credit is confirmed from the third network subscriber units via the third communication network for the second network subscriber units.
