FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the area of nanotechnologies, particularly to the method of production of nanocapsules, and describes the method of production of jujube nanocapsules. The method is characterized by the fact that jujube is used as a core and sodium alginate is used as a shell; during the method implementation, the powder from jujube berries is added to sodium alginate suspension in petroleum ether with the presence of E472c as a surface-active substance during agitation of 1,300 rpm, then, 5 ml of carbon tetrachloride as a precipitator is added, whereupon, the core/shell mass ratio is 1:1 or 1:3 on conversion to dry substance; the obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: method provides simplification and acceleration of the production process of nanocapsules, as well as reduction of losses during the production process.
