SUBSTANCE: method for producing nanocapsules unabi in konjak gum, wherein the berries jujube powder dispersed in suspension of konjak gum in ethanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472s preparation as surfactant while stirring at 1300 rev/min, then butyl chloride is poured, the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein the weight ratio of core: sheath ratio is 1:1 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method simplifies and accelerates the process of nanocapsules production, increases the yield by weight.
