SUBSTANCE: method of riboflavin nano capsules producing is characterised by that for nano capsules casing Gellan gum is used, wherein 100 mg of riboflavin is dispersed into gellan gum in petroleum ether suspension, containing 100, 300 or 500 mg of gellan gum in presence of 0.01 g E472c, then stirred at 1,300 rpm, after adding 5 ml of butyl chloride, after that obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.

EFFECT: disclosed is method of riboflavin nano capsules producing.
