SUBSTANCE: unabi fruit powder is dispersed into agar-agar suspension in methanol in the presence of 0.01 g of the prepatarion E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 1000 rpm, then 10 ml of toluene are added, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature, the core: sheath weight ratio being 1:3 or 1:1.

EFFECT: simplifying and accelerating the process of obtaining unabi nanocapsules, increasing their weight yield.
