SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a humidifying apparatus. Humidifying apparatus comprises: base comprising air flow generating means for generating a first air flow; nozzle comprising a first air outlet for emitting the first air flow, the nozzle defines an opening, through which air from outside the humidifying apparatus is drawn by air emitted from said first air outlet; Humidifying means for humidifying a second air flow; second air outlet for emitting the second air flow; and a water tank mounted on the base, and wherein the tank has an upwardly curved upper surface, and the nozzle is mounted on the apparatus so that the upper surface of the water tank at least partially covers a lower section of an external surface of the nozzle.

EFFECT: this allows to maximize capacity of the water tank while maintaining a nozzle shape and size of the apparatus.
