The surgical stapler consists of the first piercing member with a sharp distal end for tissue piercing and the second piercing element with a sharp distal end for tissue piercing. The distal ends of the first and second piercing members are separated by a gap. The spacer is slidably positioned in distal and proximal directions on at least one of the piercing elements.
EFFECT: invention extends the product range of linking devices in medicine.
