FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: steaming pit comprises, installed on a foundation, reference posts around a chamber, on which are suspended reinforced concrete beams with a hydroseal frame, on which are mounted slabs of a bearing reinforced concrete layer of wall enclosures, the lower part of which is arranged in a trench of the foundation which is filled with sand. The reinforced concrete beams are joined to each other and with slabs of the bearing reinforced concrete layer of wall enclosures by welding metal embedded parts The outer side of the slab of the bearing reinforced concrete layer is faced with a heat insulating material. Both sides are coated with a coating made of composite materials. The inner side is coated with a light-reflecting paint coat. The heat insulating coating and the coating of composite materials are glued to epoxy resin with an additive of light-reflecting elements.
EFFECT: high wear-resistance of component parts of a steaming pit, as well as reduced consumption of heat energy during loading/unloading of reinforced concrete articles and heat treatment thereof.
