FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: monolithic building includes the foundation, walls and roof, formed by the outer and inner layers of reinforced concrete, a layer of slab solid insulation, core ties and cavities. Layer of slab solid insulation is placed between the outer and inner layers of reinforced concrete close to them with belts in the places of application and concentration of loads and openings. Rod ties are connected to the steel reinforcement of the outer and inner layers of reinforced concrete and are passed through a layer of plate solid insulation at the places of application and concentration of loads and openings. Cavities completely isolate the outer and inner layers of reinforced concrete from each other in any other place of the cross section of the wall. Outer layer of reinforced concrete may contain a water-repellent additive. It is possible to use plate foam glass as plate solid insulation. Core connections can be made of composite or steel reinforcement. Cavities can be filled with air, or with backfill insulation, or with foam insulation.
EFFECT: proposed a construction method of a monolithic building.
