SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Present aspects relate to methods and devices for modem receiver or this receiver components switching off at moment of time before frame ending based on data in this frame, received and properly decoded before said frame ending. In one aspect, said devices and methods provide electric energy saving in wireless device and include reception of data in frame in user device, determination before this frame ending, whether all useful packet data are properly decoded, and receiver component power supply deactivation on this frame remaining part in response to determination, that all useful packet data are properly decoded, and wherein first period of time until next scheduled period of service bits of time interval in frame transmission is greater than second period of time, corresponding to process stabilization period for this receiver component.
EFFECT: technical result consists in storage battery energy saving.
